My mom always insisted that if I wanted to bake I had to follow recipes. I disagreed! Now known as “The Original”, my first ever gourmet cookie recipe was born from experimenting with my favourite chocolate bars. From the first batch, my cookies were a hit. At 14, I got a taste of the cookie business when I started selling my cookies to a local coffee shop. Only years later would I revisit my cookie baking past.
